Pricing
You pay for work you would not have had
The customers you already have are not ours and never were. So there is no fee on them - no monthly charge to keep your page up, and nothing taken from a job that came from your own link.
Illustrative. These are the numbers the model is designed around, not a published price list, and none of it has been agreed with anybody.
For customers
Searching, reading, booking and tracking cost nothing. You pay the professional the price you agreed, and the invoice cannot exceed it.

Marketplace work
12% of the job
A customer who found you here, on their first job with you. Taken from the invoice, shown before you accept, and never applied twice to the same person.
- Everything above
- Listing in search and on category pages
- Requests with details and photos
- Ratings attached to completed jobs
-
After the first job
4% of the job
The same customer coming back. It drops because the introduction has already been paid for, and it stops entirely once they book you directly.
- Everything above
- Repeat bookings
- Drops to 0% on your own link
- No monthly fee at any point
The awkward questions
-
Why a commission and not a subscription?
A monthly fee charges the quiet months the hardest, which is exactly when a one-van business cannot pay it. A commission is zero in a bad week and the platform only earns when you did.
-
What stops you taking a cut of my own customers?
Where the job came from is recorded on the job. A booking through your own link is marked as yours and carries no fee. If we cannot tell, it is yours.
-
What happens if a customer cancels?
No job, no invoice, no commission. Cancelling before the visit starts costs the customer nothing and costs you nothing.
-
Is there a fee to be listed?
No. The page, the booking link, the calendar and the customer list are the product, and they are free. The commission is for the introduction, and only for the introduction.
