Cookies
Short, because there is not much to say.
Concept text. This describes the shape of a policy for a service that does not operate yet. It is not a contract, it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and nobody should rely on it.
1 What is set
A session cookie so a form does not lose what you typed, and a preference cookie remembering whether you read the site in Arabic or English. Both are first-party and neither is optional, because the site does not work without them.
2 What is not
No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no third-party pixels, and no consent banner - because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, a banner appears and it will be a real choice rather than a wall.
3 Measurement
Page views are counted without a cookie and without an identifier that follows you between sites. It is enough to know that a category page is being read and not enough to know it was you.
4 Turning them off
Your browser can block them. The language switch will stop remembering and forms will lose their contents, which is the trade.
